What is the dkwinapp VIP Program?
The dkwinapp VIP Program is a dedicated rewards system for our loyal, regular players. The more you play, the more points you earn and the higher you climb. Each tier comes with its own set of exclusive benefits and rewards.
This is not your typical bonus program. A personal account manager, the fastest withdrawals, invitations to exclusive events — all of this together is what makes being a dkwinapp VIP truly special.
Very few platforms in Bangladesh's online gaming space offer a VIP structure as detailed and transparent as this. From day one, dkwinapp has been committed to making every member feel valued — and the VIP program is that commitment in action.

How do you earn points?
Every bet you place on dkwinapp automatically earns you VIP points — no separate registration or opt-in required. Just log in to your account, play, and watch your points grow.
Point rates may vary across different game categories. Live Casino and Sports Betting typically earn more points. Special double-point events also run at certain times, where you can earn twice the usual points.

VIP Program Terms & Conditions
There's no separate application to join the dkwinapp VIP Program. All you need is an active account and regular gameplay. Just keep a few guidelines in mind.
First, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts can accumulate points but will not be eligible for VIP benefits. Second, your account must remain active — if there is no activity for 90 consecutive days, your points may be suspended.
You must follow dkwinapp's fair play policy. If any irregular activity is detected, we reserve the right to revoke VIP membership. Visit our Terms & Conditions page for full details.
Can your VIP tier be downgraded?
Yes, points are reviewed at the start of each month. If you did not earn enough points in the previous month, your tier may be reduced. That said, dkwinapp takes a flexible approach — you will receive an email warning before any tier downgrade is applied.
To maintain your tier, you need to earn a minimum number of active points each month. For example, staying at Gold requires at least 5,000 points per month. If that threshold is not met, you may drop down to Silver.
The good news is that once you reach Diamond tier, your status is protected for the next 3 months — even if you're less active during that time. That's a special benefit from dkwinapp.
